Let’s get together if you just finished binge-watching Uncoupled on Netflix (and have stopped screaming expletives at the screen).
In the eight-episode first season of Uncoupled, nearly everyone in Michael’s orbit was left with life-changing cliffhangers, made even more frustrating by the show’s lack of official renewal.
While the Uncoupled cast consists of actors such as Neil Patrick Harris, Tisha Campbell, Brooks Ashmanska, and Emerson Brooks, as well as series creators Darren Star and Jeffrey Richman, we wanted to hear what they had to say about the future of the series.
Uncoupled Season 2 Potential Release Date: Will Uncoupled Season 2 Happen?
We’re hoping for the best! Netflix, on the other hand, has not yet officially given the go-ahead for season 2. Netflix’s original series are marketed in a slightly different way to this one. Uncoupled, on the other hand, is listed on the site as “eight episodes,” which suggests that the future of the show is still up in the air.
If season one ended the way that it did, it would be surprising not to see more of Michael and his friends dating in New York City. If anything new comes to light, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Reunited after 17 years, Colin visited Michael in his apartment to ask him for another chance at their 17-year relationship. We can expect to see Suzzane, Michael’s go-to gal in both personal and professional situations.
Finally, Marcia Gay Harden, who won an Academy Award for her portrayal of Claire Lewis, will be on hand. Jeffrey Richman, Darren Star, Lilly Burns, and Neil Patrick Harris co-produced Uncoupled. It’s a….

The season one finale of Uncoupled celebrates the Jonathans’ wedding, which everyone will remember. In a conversation with Michael and Billy, Stanley (Brooks Ashmanskas) reveals he has breast cancer at Stage 1.

Tisha Campbell portrays Suzanne, a mother who goes to meet her son’s ex-father. And at the wedding, Michael runs into Colin. Michael finally decides to let go of his resentment toward Colin after spending quite a bit of time with his ex-girlfriend.
Colin agrees to let him buy out half of their apartment when he first asks if he can do so. After a brief dance number, Michael and Colin part ways, with Colin waiting for him in his apartment when he returns. (Creepy!) Colin tells Michael the words he’s been waiting for all season: “I think I made a mistake,” just before the end credits roll. Gasp!
