With the release of new versions of its operating systems, Apple also announced the expansion of the Apple Fitness+ service for more 15 regions. This expansion had already been revealed at the time of the presentation of the service, but no dates had been revealed.
Now, it has been officially confirmed that Apple Fitness+ arrives from November 3rd to a list of 10 countries, where Portugal is included:

The service arrives only in English, after which subtitles are available in 7 languages : Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
What will bring Apple Fitness+ to Portugal ?
This is the first fitness service developed 100% around the Apple Watch, being created with all types of users in mind.
The service includes types of training which include categories such as HIIT, pilates, strength, yoga and walking. Every week new training plans are released that have a duration between 5 and 45 minutes. With the help of Apple Watch, users can enjoy extra motivation thanks to access to real-time metrics.
With Apple Fitness+ users can initiate guided meditation activities with the help of video and audio sessions.
The expansion to more regions is accompanied by more features. Now users can enjoy features like group training sessions through SharePlay, allowing them to complete training sessions with friends or your coach. These group training sessions support up to 32 users.
Price information for Fitness+ in Portugal has not yet been revealed, but in the United States it is available for $9.45/month or $79.99/year. This service is also included in the Apple One plan.
