Dane Jeffrey Cook (born March 18, 1972) is a stand-up comedian and film actor from the United States. Harmful If Swallowed, Retaliation, Vicious Circle, Rough Around the Edges: Live from Madison Square Garden, and Isolated Incident are his six comedy CDs. Retaliation earned platinum in 2006, becoming the highest-charting comedy album in 28 years.
In late 2006, he performed an HBO special called Vicious Circle, a straight-to-DVD special called Rough Around The Edges (which is included in the album of the same name), and a Comedy Central special called Isolated Incident in 2009. He is well-known for his use of observational, frequently profane, and occasionally dark humor.

If you live in Hollywood, you nearly always need plastic surgery. While many artists, actresses, and singers have had their features and bodies altered, we don’t normally think of comedians going under the knife. (Carrot Top is an exception.)
Though he’s slipped under the radar in recent years, photographs of comedian Dane Cook have long had fans speculating if he’s had cosmetic surgery. Cook looks nothing like he did when his debut comedy special was released in 2003, based on the images alone.
Fans are speculating if Cook had plastic surgery after a recent Instagram meme went viral. Or are Cook’s physical changes, both with his body and face, simply a result of his changing lifestyle and aging?

Dane Cook’s Facial Transformation
It would make sense to have actual plastic surgeons weigh in, right? Cook’s face appears to have been altered, according to two experts, though neither has treated the comedian.
“…you can see how his brows appear lower,” Dr. Andrew Miller remarked. This is normal with aging, however, it appears like he has had Botox on the forehead because the middle of his brow is lower than the outer section. If it were simply aging, the entire brow would drop.”
“Dane Cook is using Botox, or Brotox as we like to call it, to help elevate the brows and keep his forehead smooth from wrinkles,” Dr. Adam Hamawy added. But it’s also what makes the center of his brow appear hefty. He also appears to have had rhinoplasty to decrease the width of his nose.”

Cook, on the other hand, addressed the claims that he underwent plastic surgery in January 2018. In the comments area of an Instagram picture, he noted that his new look is the result of a lifestyle change that focuses on being physically fit and consuming plenty of water.
“So many weirdos DMing me asking why I wax my brows or get Botox,” he remarked. My friends, it’s called healthy living. I never drank or used drugs. All of that s*** irritates your skin. I’ve been seeing a dermatologist for years to help me maintain my skin looking beautiful despite my regular travel. “Drink plenty of water!”
Cook attributes his improvements to being in shape and living a healthy lifestyle, but he still does not resemble the Dane Cook we knew and loved.
