Jennifer Ash’s Weight Loss
Lauren Ash suggests that people make loving themselves their New Year’s resolution.
Thursday, the 38-year-old former Superstore star posted a reflective Instagram photo of herself wearing a black pleather bra and promoting body positivity. Ash began the caption by saying, “In 2022, I commit to dressing like the rock star I am.”
Ash noted that she has been asked about her recent weight reduction and, while she insisted that she “owes nobody ANY explanation about my body, ever,” she did want to “address some topics that are important to me.”
“First of all, it saddens me greatly that many of you have sent me private messages expressing disgust with your physical appearance. A part of me hopes that every one of you is able to recognize the inherent worthiness in yourself.
Additionally, realize that size is not a factor in attractiveness.
There is no correlation between size and worth, “The letter was written by Ash.
“We spend an inordinate amount of time trying to improve ourselves rather than being present in the moment, and this life we have is so brief.”
Ash said that she lost weight because she “eliminated stress from my life at all costs” and “prioritized my own needs and wishes” after “experiencing profound personal loss. In so many ways.”
She went on to say that until someone makes a concerted effort to rid their body of all toxins, they will never know the full extent of the damage that has been done.
“Don’t ever undervalue the power of making a conscious decision to stop subjecting yourself to a life of constant anxiety and worry. All I have to say on the matter is that.

“To reiterate, 2021 was a year of great sadness for me. Additionally, I realized how critical it is to actually live. LIVE!!! Enjoy the present moment! We only get one shot at this thing we call life.
Brie, please! Put on that pleather top you never thought you’d wear. A better tomorrow is not guaranteed!
“And always keep in mind that you are a magical being with beauty bursting out of every crevice of your being. You are deserving of love just for being alive; I don’t know who needs to hear that now, but remember it “Ashes drew a close.
