Investor and Television personality Tarek El Moussa became a father for the first time when his wife, Heather El Moussa gave birth to a baby boy. The couple welcomed their first child on 31st January 2023.
Tarek and Heather shared this good news with their friends and fans through Instagram, where they shared images of the newly born. The couple did not reveal the face of the baby. The caption to the post said: “Our baby boy is here 🤍 1.31.23. Mama & baby are happy, healthy, tired but doing well. Our hearts are so happy ❤️.”
The couple can be seen cuddling with their newborn and cradling with their baby’s hands. The post, which was initially posted by Tarek, was reposted by Heather. In the image, the newborn baby was all cozied up and wrapped in a blanket. Although, his name was not revealed in the post.
Before his child with Heather, Tarek shares tow children with his ex-wife Christina Hall.
On being interviewed by PEOPLE magazine during her red carpet appearance at the People’s Choice Awards in December 2022, Heather said that she was really excited to welcome her baby. In her own words: “I’m a step-mommy, so we have Taylor and Brayden, but a newborn.”

Heather and Tarek did a lot of preperations for welcoming their boy into this world. One of them included tarek shaving his chest hair, as Heather said that it is very important even for the fathers to have skin to skin contact with the baby. In an interview, Heather said: “I think it’s important for fathers to have skin-to-skin with the baby as well, so I did tell him yesterday, I will be shaving his chest and he will be having skin-to-skin quality time with the baby.”
The couple had heather’s baby shower which was themed as a ‘Winter Wonderland’. Tarek said in an interview that he was ready to do whatever Heather told him to do with regard to the new baby.
In his own words: “Whatever she needs help with, I’m there to help.”

Amidst their desire to get a baby, Heather and Tarek had also tried for in vitro procedures and embryo transfer techniques to get pregnant, the couple got the good news that they had conceived their baby naturally. In July 2022, the couple revealed that were expecting a boy.
