Rayne Dakota Prescott, a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born on July 29, 1993. (NFL). At Mississippi State, where he twice earned first-team All-SEC honours, he played college football. The Cowboys selected him in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

He completed 159 of 258 attempts for 2,860 yards and 39 touchdowns as a senior. He also helped Haughton win the 2010 District 1-AAAA Championship by rushing for 951 yards on 90 attempts with 17 touchdowns.
Prescott, a three-star recruit, chose Mississippi State over Louisiana Tech, LSU, Memphis, Nicholls State, North Texas, and TCU for his scholarship offer.
