The oldest of my children is non-binary. My gay son is. My child is fluid. They are my children, and they educate me every day, the Academy Award-winning actress added.
Over the weekend, Marcia Gay Harden took part in the Drag Isn’t Dangerous telethon and made some unusual remarks regarding her children.
The actress, 63, disclosed “All my children are queer” during the show, which helped to gather money to fight against the current anti-LGBTQ law.
Harden told co-host Adam Shankman, “What drives me is because it’s right and what’s happening right now is wrong,” when asked why she wants to support the cause.
My children are all LGBT, the actress added, and that is what motivates me. The oldest of my children is non-binary. My gay son is. My child is fluid. They are my children, and every day they teach me something.
Eulala, 24, Julitta, 19, and Hudson, 19, are the children of Harden and her ex-husband, the director Thaddaeus Scheel, 58.

The Academy Award-winning actress said of recent anti-LGBTQ legislation, “This is so fear-based and it’s spreading that kind of fear and hatred among other people.” “I think we’ll fight that here in this nation,”
Harden was merely one of a large number of famous people who participated in the telethon, which ran for more than four hours.
Sarah Hyland, Jesse Eisenberg, Charlize Theron, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, and Idina Menzel were also there.
