Keough’s legal team will be presenting a settlement request under seal for both the Promenade Trust and a life insurance trust, according to Priscilla and Keough’s legal representatives, who stated in court on Tuesday that their clients had negotiated a settlement.

The modification had removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s former business manager Barry Siegel as cotrustees and had given Riley and Lisa Marie’s late son Benjamin control of the trust, which included the Graceland mansion and a 15% stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE), which together generated a reported $110 million in 2022.
