Zeeko Zaki, also known as Zakaria Sherif Zaki, is an American actor who was born in Egypt and is best known for playing Special Agent Omar Adom “O. A.” Zidan on Dick Wolf’s FBI. At the age of one month, Zaki moved to the United States with his parents Emon and Sherif Zaki from Alexandria, Egypt. Before Zaki and his parents arrived, his maternal grandparents moved to the US.
His large family still lived in Egypt. Zaki spent his childhood summers in his hometown, and now he and his family visit his aunt’s villa in the Agami Region. In West Chester, Pennsylvania, he was raised. His father is a hairdresser, and his mother runs a salon in Wilmington, Delaware. Zeyad, a brother, and Zeina, a sister, are Zaki’s two younger siblings.

Zeeko Zaki is officially off the market! The FBI actor revealed in a brand-new interview that he and Renee Monaco, his longtime partner, recently got engaged. When discussing the proposal with ET, Zeeko revealed that it almost happened spontaneously after they went on a camel ride expedition in the Moroccan desert.
“I don’t think she had any idea that it was going to happen there, but I was not gonna waste a camel ride into the desert, so it was definitely the moment, and it was a dream come true,” he said. Zeeko clarified that even though the proposal was planned, the words he spoke were not.

The Career of Zeeko Zaki
Zeeko Zaki went to Unionville High School and fell in love with acting when he was a student and was in the play “Seussical.” He put on a show with a neighborhood theater group called the Unionville Players. He only spent a short time at Temple University.

Zaki relocated to North Carolina in 2010 and started working in theater before going on TV part auditions. Before landing recurring roles in Six and 24: Legacy, playing antagonists, and in Valor, in which he played a door gunner of a U.S. Army special operations aviation unit, he had acted in tiny parts in a number of movies and television shows.
In Dick Wolf’s procedural drama FBI, Agent Zidan was cast as Zaki’s first leading part. Wolf changed the character’s ethnicity to match Zaki’s after seeing his audition tape. According to Zaki, he wants to dispel the myth that Muslims and Arabs are terrorists by demonstrating to the world that they are not.
