Born on July 5, 2002, Corey D. Heim is a fascinating character in the world of professional stock car racing. Corey Heim won’t be able to compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway because of an illness. TRICON Garage has changed the driver lineup as a result. To replace Heim in the #11 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, Jesse Love will switch from the #1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, while Toni Breidinger will join the squad to drive the #1 truck.
It’s “really tough to accept missing a race, but I know it’s the best thing for my health,” Heim wrote. “I’m eager to return soon!” Sadly, he will be unable to defend his triumph from the pole position at Gateway from the previous year due to his sickness.
With a victory at Martinsville and a string of top-ten finishes over the previous five races, Heim has a commanding lead in the points standings after eleven races. However, his absence gives Ty Majeski, who is now in second position, a chance to reduce the points difference. Majeski is presently trailing Heim by 26 points. Heim is anticipated to get a waiver so he may still compete in the playoffs despite skipping a race.

What Illness Does Corey Heim Have?
The NASCAR Truck Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway on Saturday afternoon will not feature Corey Heim, the current points leader. In his first complete season, Heim, a TRICON Garage driver, has been in the top spot in the points standings of the series.
