Early Life and Education
The youngest of three children born to a Dutch father, Anton Vorderman (1920–2007), and a Welsh mother, Edwina Jean Davies (1928–2017), Vorderman was born in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
Three weeks after Vorderman’s birth, her parents divorced, and her mother moved the family back to Prestatyn, Denbighshire, North Wales. There, Vorderman and her siblings Anton and Trixie were raised in a one-parent home. The next time Vorderman saw her father was when she was 42 years old. Her mother wed the Italian Armido Rizzi in 1970. Ten years later, the couple divorced. After losing his first wife in the early 1990s, Vorderman’s father remarried.
At the nearby Rhyl Blessed Edward Jones Catholic High School, Vorderman received his education. At the age of 17, she enrolled at Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge to study engineering. She graduated with a third-class degree, which she has called a “disappointing” outcome.

Did Carol Vorderman Undergo Plastic Surgeries?
Our MCAN Health experts are positive that Carol Vorderman had plastic surgery despite her denials that she had undergone any such treatments. Her appearance is simply too good for a 60-year-old mother of two!
Like any other public figure, Carol is criticized for how she looks. She is subject to social scrutiny on a daily basis, yet because she is only human, the strain can occasionally be too much. There are only two ways to deal with the increased competition from younger women when you work as a TV host: either you look and feel wonderful, or you give in.
