Amber Denise “Sevyn” Streeter, is an American singer and composer who was known as Se7en when a member of the girl group TG4, She joined Atlantic Records and debuted with the song “I Like It” in 2012.
Call Me Crazy, But…, her first extended play was published on December 3, 2013. It generated her first top 40 hit singles “It Won’t Stop” and “Next” and sold over 17,000 copies in its first week. Her biggest-selling single to date, the song was given gold certification by the RIAA. Shoulda Been There, Pt. 1, her debut extended play (EP), was published in 2015. The singles “Don’t Kill the Fun” and “Shoulda Been There” came before the extended play.

Early Life
Tim and Karen Streeter welcomed Streeter into the world on July 7, 1986, in Haines City, Florida. When Streeter was five years old, she already knew she wanted to sing for a job. She had grown up singing in church and talent competitions. When she entered the Showtime at the Apollo competition at age 10, she sang “My Funny Valentine” and tied for first place.

Career
Streeter’s first record deal came when she was 14 years old and a member of the girl group TG4, which Chris Stokes and T.U.G. Entertainment put together. Stokes functioned as the group’s manager. After Sevyn Streeter opened for B2K and IMx at a concert in Orlando, Florida in early 2001, he gave her the first position in the T.U.G./A&M group. Following several successful auditions, Davida, Ashley, and Keisha joined the line. Tom Girls 4 is abbreviated as TG4.
When she was ten years old, Amber tied for first place on Showtime at the Apollo. “We’re like four Tom Girls,” she said. “You are a tomboy if you act like a boy even though you are a girl. We are tom girls because we are girls that act like boys but really adore being girls. The group performed on Soul Train, presented an award at the 9th Annual Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards on August 23, 2003, at the Pasadena Civic Center in Pasadena, California, and served as the opening act for B2K, IMx, and Bow Wow on their Scream II Tour.
“Virginity,” the lone significant single for the group, peaked at number 88 on the US Billboard R&B chart in 2002. “2 Minutes,” the group’s second single from the album, had a music video made for it. On the Billboard Hot 100, it did not place. The group also made an appearance on the B2K album Santa Hooked Me Up’s “Sexy Boy” track.
