Rumor has been circulating for some time that PS5 gamers will be able to enjoy the Apple Music streaming application directly on their next-gen console, but the news was made official today by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
The PS5 is thus the first console to move towards an integration of this type of Apple Music experience, this after the lucky ones who managed to acquire a new generation console from Sony have received 6 months of free Apple TV+.
However, to use Apple Music on your PS5 you will have to subscribe to the Cupertino branded service, which currently has a monthly price of €9,100. If you have never subscribed, you can enjoy 3 free months.
