To Gift Discord Nitro on A Desktop:
Click the cog symbol in the lower-left corner.
On the Discord Nitro menu on the left, click it.
Click Gift at the top to gift the whole Discord Nitro. Alternatively, go to the Nitro Classic area of Discord and select Gift after scrolling down.
Click Select after selecting one year or one month. When choosing the former over purchasing the individual months, a 16% savings is realized.
Choose a payment option, then accept the conditions.
Tap “Buy a gift.”
A gift link will be sent to you, which you may copy and send straight to the recipient.
To Gift Discord Nitro on Mobile:
To access the menu, swipe right.
To access User Settings, tap your profile image in the lower-right corner.
Select Nitro Gifting from the Nitro Settings menu.
Choose the Nitro you want to give as a present, then complete the payment transaction.
A gift link will be sent to you, which you may copy and send straight to the recipient.

How to Manage Your Discord Nitro Gifts
A Discord Nitro gift that you purchase will show up in your Gift Inventory, which you may view in User Settings.
Every gift link has a 48-hour expiration date. After that point, anyone attempting to utilize the link will be unable to claim the gift. This is to stop the unsolicited distribution of gift links.
The Gifts you’ve bought are listed in your Gift Inventory. If you provided the gift link to the wrong person and would like it to expire, you may revoke it here. Alternatively, you can copy the URL to email to someone.
A gift is not destroyed when it is revoked. To generate a new link for the gift, all you have to do is pick the Generate link.
How to Redeem a Discord Nitro Gift
Have you received a Discord Nitro message? Fantastic! Make sure you are logged into the correct Discord account before you redeem. Gifts cannot be added to another account once they have been redeemed.
Click Accept > I accept if the gift link was delivered to you through a server or direct message. Verification that the contribution has been applied will appear.
Alternatively, click the link, log in to Discord (if required), and choose Accept gift if you obtained the gift URL elsewhere other than within the Discord app.
The accept button will become gray and a notice stating “This gift has already been claimed” will appear if the gift has already been used.
What Happens If You Are Already Subscribed to Discord?
The donation will become account credit if your Nitro membership is currently active. These are visible to you in the User Settings’ Subscriptions section.
It won’t automatically redeem the gift. You will have to actively subscribe to Discord Nitro instead. When you review the transaction, the account credit will be subtracted. If you want your membership to not renew automatically, don’t forget to cancel it.
