The knife is out! Farrah Abraham, who used to be on Teen Mom OG, has changed a lot over the years because she has had more than one plastic surgery. Farrah doesn’t hide the work she’s done, even though she gets a lot of criticism for her choices, like when she had her daughter Sophia film her butt injections.
“This is non-invasive, just like getting blood work or shots,” Farrah said in April 2018 after getting a lot of criticism for making her daughter, who was 9 at the time, record her procedure. She wrote in the caption, “More power to Sophia for learning about beauty and health.”

Breast Implantation in 2010
Farrah tried out cosmetic surgery for the first time when she got a breast augmentation in 2010.
“After I had a baby, my breasts disappeared. She told Us Weekly in July 2011 that going from an A-cup to a C-cup hurt her self-esteem. “I didn’t feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could have been happier.”
Since her first breast augmentation in 2010, Farrah has had at least two more.
Chin Implant in 2013
Two years later, in October 2013, the single mother went to see Dr. Michael Salzhauer for a rhinoplasty and chin implant. This helped her deal with another thing that made her feel bad about herself.
In her book Dream Twenties: Self-Guided Self-Help Memoir, which came out in 2012, Farrah talked about the chin implant that she regretted the most. “All I remember is my friends staring at my chin when I talked or my mom calling me a witch, it’s unbearable,” she wrote, calling that time in her life “one of the lowest points.”

Nose Job
After the $16,000 double surgery, she told intouch, “I finally feel beautiful.” She went on, “I’ve hated my nose since I was 13.” “I never have to show that I dislike something again.”
Farrah knows her way around an operating room. In fact, she thought about becoming a plastic surgeon herself.
Farrah told Cosmopolitan in a 2015 interview, “There are a lot of things I need to do with my looks, school, and job shadowing.” She also said she planned to “go back to school.”
“Luckily for me, I have a lot of friends and a lot of doctors I trust and who are top surgeons who I can shadow,” the mother of one said at the time. “So, I’m very excited to do that, and I know I’ll get help.”
Lip Fillers
Farrah tried to get permanent lip fillers in 2015, which led to her being on an episode of Botched. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you, girls!” she wrote next to a picture of her swollen upper lip.
Butt Injections
In July 2021, the former reality star shared a video from the room where she was getting butt injections.
In April 2022, the author of “My Teenage Dream Ended” took fans behind the scenes of a butt injection.

Fans Were Concerned as She Looks Unrecognizable
When Farrah and her daughter Sophia did the “tortilla challenge” on TikTok in August 2022, many fans wrote in the comments that they didn’t even recognize the Teen Mom OG star because her face looked so different.
Fans were worried when Farrah posted an Instagram selfie of herself putting up her Christmas tree on November 9, 2022. A lot of people said that her face was “unrecognizable,” and one person wrote, “Oh. This makes me so sad.”
