Incredulous, Elizabeth Olsen exclaimed, “Oh really?” upon hearing the news. “Wow!”
Once Jackman is back in the role of Wolverine, Olsen hopes to see Scarlet Witch team up with even more X-Men on the big screen. After all, Scarlet Witch is a mutant in the comics and the daughter of Magneto, who has been portrayed by both Ian McKellen and Michael Fassbender on the big screen.
Olsen responded, “I believe Wolverine is X-Men,” when asked which MCU characters she would like to work with in the future. It would be fun to collaborate with the cast and crew of the X-Men films. “In this alternate reality, is Michael Fassbender my father?”
Scarlet Witch was last seen in “Doctor Stranger in the Multiverse of Madness,” in which Olsen starred.
The film’s ending is ambiguous because the character turned bad and then seemingly redeemed herself by sacrificing herself to bring down the Darkhold.
What’s the deal with Scarlet Witch? Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige all but confirmed the character’s return to Variety.
‘There truly is so much more to explore,’ Feige added. He continued, “I’d work with Lizzie for another 100 years if we could. We still haven’t touched on many of her core tales from the comics.
” Anything is possible in the multiverse; all we can do is wait and see.
