Riley Burruss Weight Loss
The Real Housewives of Atlanta adolescent made a conscious effort to improve her health in 2018 and promptly shed 52 pounds.
Proud mom Kandi Burruss stated last summer, “She did it the proper way by working out 5 days a week and controlling her calorie intake.”
Kandi told The Lookbook last year, “She was just being proactive about what she wants to make happen in her life,” so it’s clear that Riley made the decision on her own.
Riley has launched a campaign called “Get Riled Up” to encourage others to adopt a healthier lifestyle. In a social media video, Riley declared, “This month I want us all to stay motivated and Get Riled Up.
You guys have all been following my journey for a while now, and we all know I’ve been going through the ups and downs of weight loss and trying to get healthy.”
Last weekend, in honour of National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, Riley held a free exercise day for families.
Kandi is quite pleased with everything that has happened. “This week’s #wcw is my sweet little kid, @rileyburruss. Not sure if she qualifies, but if she does, she’s my wcw pick.
This is because she not only challenged herself to #GetRiledUp about fitness but also inspired others to do the same. Losing weight is difficult, as we all know. Don’t give up, you strong, independent woman!
You’re giving me the push I need, and I appreciate it. I adore you! “She posted a glowing status update about him on social media.
Riley’s Instagram photos give the impression that the party was a huge success. The 17-year-selfless old’s acts of service and motivation for others to “Get Riled Up” and exercise are admirable.

Burruss Speaks
‘I hate it. Kandi remarked in an interview with People, “It saddens me so much to watch my daughter deal with the public’s perspective on her body.”
“It’s no secret that Riley struggled with her weight as a child when she was always in the spotlight. I can’t stand it when others criticise her appearance or make comments about her physique.
While Kandi says she “can cope with anything,” she doesn’t want her children to experience “internet bullying.”
The artist continued:
To paraphrase one of the hosts: “The folks who watch our programme and who are on our show, sometimes they take things too far, and it’s not cool. This is completely insane. To put it bluntly, this is a television programme.
She insists, “Words definitely count.” I can say with certainty that one of my children has been the target of bullying on several occasions.
Kandi mentioned that Riley had feelings regarding the pregnancy rumours.
“Someone was saying that Riley was pregnant, and she was very unhappy about it,” Kandi says of Riley. She questioned, “Where are they obtaining this information from?”
Now that I’ve finally reached my ideal weight and am finally getting my body in shape, why do people think I’m pregnant and keep talking about it? “That’s completely insane.

Her favourite show is “The Chi,” which she often watches.
Joyce and Reverend Titus Burruss, Kandi’s parents, have split up. Kandi’s father, Titus, explained why he and Kandi’s mother, Joyce, split up in the lead-up to their wedding in 2014. He claimed he had been drinking and smoking heavily, so Joyce kicked him out.
According to Kandi, her mother said he cheated on her. That’s not true, he said. After a long day at the office, he returned home to find the locks had been jimmied.
He said that a restraining order had been filed against him by Kandi’s mother, which prevented him from contacting or seeing Kandi.
In the summer of 2020, Kandi posted a photo of herself, Ace, and Blaze, along with their grandmother Joyce, and the internet went wild.
